Mystery Afoot 2 at TCAF 2016!

Bigfoot and Nessie are back! And they're in Canada! Well... they were.

After years depriving the world of sleuthing cryptids like the selfish slags we are, lowcarbcomedy.com released the second issue of Mystery Afoot! The comic premiered at TCAF 2016 hosted in the beautiful and immense Toronto Reference Library.

For TCAF we printed a special edition for the book's premiere. The "Dirty Martini" edition is limited to 38 issues, signed and numbered with an exclusive silk screen cover - pulled by the artist, myself!

Issue one of Mystery Afoot left our heroes, Bigfoot and Nessie, face to face with the bounty of their first case: the ferocious Demon Duck!

Issue two completes their first adventure in Sydney in a fast-paced fantastical romp akin to the Animaniacs cartoons of old.

So far only the "Dirty Martini" edition has been available for sale in Toronto. But keep your eyes peeled for future releases. We plan to compile issues 1 and 2 into an extra special Mystery Afoot trade! Also stay tuned for the opening of my official maxbareart online store! As we work toward the trade, issue two may only be printed in these limited runs. We have some copies left of the "Dirty Martini" edition which will be made available at the launch of my online store. Also look for it or future runs at upcoming cons and events!
